Country & territory guide
Compare schools across Cameroon.
Compare the selected Cameroon collections in Douala and Yaoundé through the receiving site, French class and senior route. Shared AEFE approval does not remove differences in campus allocation, general or technological subjects, or dated admission procedures.

This is a selected directory, with different levels of evidence in each collection. Open the named campus profile to check its curriculum phases, review date and sources before contacting admissions.
Planning a school search in Cameroon
Checked 15 October 2026. Fustel’s current .fr operator pages identify the school and phase-specific sites; older .net requests failed. Savio’s dated 2026–27 body sits at an older URL. Past April–June/June 2026 windows and Savio’s 2024–25 entry statement are not current open appointments or national rules. Linked course/fee packs and the detailed English-programme image were not inspected. The school describes English teaching from Petite Section, which does not establish a complete English-medium curriculum.
Locate the receiving phase before comparing the schools
Lycée français Dominique-Savio is listed by AEFE on rue Koumassi in Douala. Lycée français Fustel-de-Coulanges is a separate Yaoundé collection. Fustel’s current operator homepage gives a primary site at Plateau Atemengue in Olezoa, near the French embassy, and a secondary site on avenue Charles de Gaulle. For siblings in different phases, ask which campus receives each child and how arrival and collection work; the school’s city name is not enough to settle the daily arrangement.
Both AEFE tables identify Petite Section through Terminale as homologated, with CNED marked no and a northern calendar. Fustel’s teaching page also mentions Toute Petite Section, but that earlier class is not among the reviewed AEFE table’s approved levels. Ask about the actual receiving class and its status. The shared French programme sequence gives a framework for comparing previous work, while the individual school decides the offered placement and practical transition arrangements.

Compare the particular senior route and language support
Savio’s secondary presentation distinguishes a general route from a technological STMG route with a marketing focus and says it has no vocational lycée route. That is a meaningful school-specific difference for a pupil approaching Seconde or Première. Ask which route, specialty combination and assessment requirements are available to the intended cohort. A general French-school label does not establish that every pupil follows the same baccalaureate pathway or that every advertised option runs each year.
Fustel’s admissions page names general and STMG classes in its entrance-test scope. Its teaching page describes primary support with family agreement and says strengthened language learning includes teaching English and teaching in English from Petite Section. The detailed programme image was not inspected, so request the actual class’s language allocation, subjects and support. This does not establish a complete English-medium curriculum. For a transfer between the cities, compare completed subjects with the proposed course rather than assuming class names settle continuity.

Distinguish new entry from dated test and re-registration windows
Savio’s direct-registration page explains a two-step process through a complete application file and school review; completing Eduka is not an automatic offer. It separately dates existing-pupil re-registration from 14 April to 8 June 2026 for 2026–27. Those dates were already past at this review. Despite an older year in the URL, the readable body identifies the later academic year, so use the body’s stated period and ask about the correct process for a new entrant.
Fustel’s admissions page distinguishes French-system reports and orientation information from assessment for pupils arriving from other frameworks. Its published 2026–27 test window names registration on 8–23 June and testing on 24 June 2026, not an open rolling appointment today. Savio’s secondary page also retains an entry statement tied to 2024–25; it should not be read as a newly verified countrywide requirement. Send recent reports to the receiving phase and request the current placement, language and assessment procedure for the intended start.

Curriculum pathways recorded across the collection
Each row combines evidence from several profiles. Its phases may be offered at different schools; it does not mean every school provides every phase. Online delivery is listed separately. Open the school profile for its exact route and eligibility.

Parent questions about Cameroon schools
Does the shared French programme mean every senior pupil takes a general baccalaureate?
No. Savio distinguishes general study from STMG with a marketing focus and says it has no vocational route. Fustel’s admissions material also names general and STMG classes. Confirm the actual route, available subjects and prior-course fit for the receiving cohort instead of inferring a countrywide senior diploma from AEFE class approval.

Are the June 2026 entry dates still an available test appointment?
No current appointment is established by those past dates. Fustel’s published test registration and examination window is explicitly June 2026 for 2026–27. Savio’s April–June dates concern existing-pupil re-registration. A new applicant should ask the appropriate phase about today’s process and intended start rather than applying either old window universally.
