Country & territory guide
Compare schools across Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Arabia's reviewed international-school options span Riyadh, Jeddah and distinct Eastern Province destinations. Start by choosing the campus and qualification required for the child. The same school group can offer different senior routes, while an IB Diploma authorisation may establish only the final phase rather than an IB continuum or an available senior place.
12 included profiles · 6 destination collections · 5 dated tuition schedules
This is a selected directory, with different levels of evidence in each collection. Open the named campus profile to check its curriculum phases, review date and sources before contacting admissions.
Planning a school search in Saudi Arabia
Compare the Riyadh campuses before their group name
BISR Diplomatic Quarter describes British study before the IB Diploma in Years 12–13. Al Hamra publishes GCSE, A levels and BTEC routes, with some combined senior study involving nearby Al Waha. These are different programmes and teaching arrangements within one group. Ask which site delivers each proposed subject, how shared study fits the timetable and what entry grades are required. Bring current course details if transferring during examinations. A subject offered at Al Hamra should not be presumed available at Diplomatic Quarter merely because both campuses are BISR.

Keep Eastern Province towns and phase evidence separate
Al Khobar, Dammam, Dhahran and Jubail have separate collections in the reviewed snapshot. BISAK is the Al Khobar example with a British pathway and AS/A-level Sixth Form. Compare its named campus and programme with the actual phase required at schools in the other towns, rather than merging nearby destinations into one school offer. Ask for the entrance, school-day timings and transport service to the intended home. A regional commute estimate or shared group name cannot confirm a practical daily arrangement, an available senior subject or a place. Keep the qualification and campus together when requesting information.

Separate operational licensing from the family's admission decision
Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Education describes operational licensing for private institutions offering national or international curricula. That establishes a regulatory context, rather than a student's eligibility or a guarantee of admission to every phase. Ask the school for current application requirements, the offered year and support arrangements. Obtain a SAR quotation naming that campus and joining period; the reviewed Riyadh profiles leave comparable current tuition unresolved. Check joining charges, transport, examinations, payment timing and withdrawal terms. If a senior combination crosses campuses, confirm whether the quotation and transport plan cover that arrangement.

Curriculum pathways recorded across the collection
Each row combines evidence from several profiles. Its phases may be offered at different schools; it does not mean every school provides every phase. Online delivery is listed separately. Open the school profile for its exact route and eligibility.

Parent questions about Saudi Arabia schools
Does a BISR application give access to either Riyadh senior route?
The published DQ and Al Hamra routes differ. Name the campus, intended award and proposed subjects in the enquiry, then confirm entry and timetabling. Al Hamra also describes possible shared study with Al Waha. The umbrella school name does not establish an interchangeable offer or automatic access to another site's courses.

Does a ministry licence prove an IB continuum or a senior vacancy?
No. Operational licensing, programme evidence and admission answer different questions. BISR DQ publishes a senior Diploma pathway; that does not establish PYP, MYP or a vacancy for a particular joining point. Ask for the current programme in the child's year, its subjects and prerequisites, then obtain the individual admission decision separately.
