Skopje families comparing NOVA and QSI should identify the receiving IB phase or American course plan before discussing entry. NOVA publishes PYP, MYP and Diploma with precise school-grade boundaries; QSI describes an English-taught American programme and secondary AP options. NOVA's admissions review and citizenship-sensitive 2026–27 fee categories also need a pupil-specific comparison.
This guide accompanies 2 included profiles. It is a selected collection; confirm places and current charges with each school.
NOVA publishes Prashka 27, while QSI gives Ženevska 51, written as Zenevska on its own page. Use the selected school's physical address and visit instructions, then confirm the receiving division's entrance and daily timetable. A broad Skopje or international-school label does not establish a particular home-to-school journey, sibling collection point or school-operated transport arrangement.
NOVA's Early Education page identifies PYP in PreK3, PreK4 and Kindergarten; its primary page separately covers PYP in Grades 1–5. QSI's welcome describes an American programme from Preschool through Grade 12, taught in English. Ask for the actual classroom label, language preparation and assessment process before treating the two schools' younger phases as the same programme or applying one school's birthday rules to the other.

NOVA's secondary page places MYP in Grades 6–10, followed by Diploma in Grades 11–12. It describes the senior combination of six subjects at Higher and Standard Level, with research through the Extended Essay. A Grade 10 transfer and a later Diploma transfer therefore involve different completed work. Ask the coordinator how prior subjects, languages and assessments fit the receiving phase and proposed senior combination.
QSI publishes secondary AP opportunities and describes its approved AP Capstone provision. Those course and research options should be reviewed alongside the school's own graduation requirements, rather than treated as an IB Diploma or an automatic university-credit decision. Request the intended year's taught subjects, prerequisites and two-year Capstone sequence. An American Preschool–Grade 12 description does not itself settle a late secondary pupil's remaining credits.

NOVA's policy asks for admissions documents in English and places secondary pupils using translated school records plus achievement and language assessments. It says transfers from different school calendars are reviewed case by case, and admission depends on available academic and wellbeing resources. There is no English-proficiency entry requirement for PreK3 or PreK4; older pupils need their own language and support discussion before a receiving class is confirmed.
NOVA's 2026–27 fee page distinguishes reduced tuition for citizens of North Macedonia from regular international tuition. The higher international Early Education rate applies when an employer covers educational costs. It separately lists Grades 1–12 capital fees, confirmed individually, and additional examination and enrollment categories. Request the family's complete intended-year calculation; neither citizenship nor employer funding supplies one universal total. Obtain QSI's own dated quotation and placement decision separately.

These are the pathways recorded for each included campus. Online provision appears separately. A senior qualification does not establish provision in younger years.

Its secondary page places MYP in Grades 6–10 and Diploma in Grades 11–12. Send the completed grade, subjects and assessment history when discussing a transfer. The receiving coordinator must check course continuity; the broad secondary division includes two distinct IB phases.

It distinguishes citizen and international tuition, with an employer-funded Early Education rate and individually confirmed capital fees. Ask admissions to identify the child's category and all additional charges in writing. These are NOVA's published fee distinctions, not city-wide pricing or admissions rules.
